What you’ll do:
- You will join the team of People Development & Culture directly reporting to the HR Development Discipline Leader;- You will learn and handle the different forms of Assessment tools and frameworks (behavioral, skill, situational) applied to the areas of Career Management, Talent Acquisition and Talent Management;- You will be involved in a dynamic and stimulating environment and you will provide support in:
- Delivery of Assessment activities;- Analysis and presentation of assessment results;- Development of Power Point presentations;- Distribution and implementation of talent systems to foreign countries.
Who you are:
- You have a degree in Psychology of Labour and/or Organizational Psychology;- You are flexible, proactive and focused on results;- You have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Power Point;- You have a good knowledge of both written and spoken English;- You are detail focused, you have a digital mindset and you know how to work in a team.
