**What does the role involve?**:
The role of **Project Execution Manager (PEM) **is responsible for coordinating efforts of an entire team (Field Sales, Engineering, Logistics, etc.) to plan and execute large, complex projects from design phase to execution/fulfillment.

The PEM ensures that all projects are completed within schedule and without exceeding budget, as well as establishing and maintaining high level contacts with buying and non-buying customers on key projects.

PEM Façade role focuses on ventilated façade and curtain wall projects defined through PMO pipeline management process. PEM is Hilti’s single point of contact on project execution for customers, field sales team, PMO and internal corporate departments.

PEM is also able to review project specifications/drawings and contract terms and conditions to understand scope of work required and ensure Hilti compliance during execution of work.

She/he ensures proper documentation of work throughout the project, including submittals, RFIs, correspondence, meeting minutes, etc.;
assess/mitigates risks throughout project duration, especially when scope changes arise; executes change order management; contributes to continuous improvement of PMO project execution approach.

**What you need is**:
Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineer;
Minimum three years’ experience as a Project Manager;
Minimum four years’ experience in business development or related technical field;
Excellent communication and networking skills;
Fluent in both Italian and English;
Experience using Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Visio), SAP, project management tools;
Experience in Project Management in Ventilated Façade companies preferred ;
PMP or equivalent certification, preferred.
