**Summary / Role Purpose**

Join Ansys as a Technical Learning Architect in the ACE team to drive global adoption of Ansys solutions through strategic learning and development initiatives. Utilize your engineering expertise to shape and deliver effective learning solutions that enhance user competencies in digital engineering.

**Key Duties and Responsibilities**
- Develop industry-specific learning paths and programs to promote adoption of Ansys solutions, ensuring alignment with customer needs and Ansys' strategic objectives.
- Manage and execute customer-specific learning programs, overseeing content development, delivery, and evaluation to maximize impact.
- Provide actionable feedback to refine technical content, ensuring comprehensive learning experiences that meet diverse user needs.
- Collaborate proactively with cross-functional teams to influence Ansys' overall learning and development strategy, contributing insights and recommendations.
- Contribute to projects enhancing learning platforms, methodologies, and user satisfaction, driving continuous improvement in learning outcomes.

**Minimum Education/Certification Requirements and Experience**
- Required education background: Mechanical/Chemical/Aerospace/Electrical/Optical/Fluid Dynamics Engineering or related field in digital engineering
- Required education and years of professional experience in an engineering software environment: BS+2, MS+0
- Domain expertise in at least one simulation related area or industry.
- Basic skills in learning methodology and a great interest in teaching

- Fluent in writing and speaking English
- Business oriented and customer focused mindset

**Preferred Qualifications and Skills**
- Preferred education and years of professional experience in an engineering software environment: BS+5, MS+3, PhD+0
- 3+ years of experience in customer facing technical activities such as technical support, training or consultancy services using CAE solutions
- Demonstrated ability to conduct planning, communicating, executing, and fulfilling complex customer service programs
- Teaching experience in previous career or higher education in teaching
- Demonstrated use of relevant Ansys software or knowledge of other commercial CAE, CAD, EDA, PLM software packages
- Travel up to 50%
