La risorsa, inserita all'interno della direzione commerciale consumer, dovrà pianificare, negoziare e gestire le condizioni commerciali con gli uffici centrali dei costruttori di auto.

La risorsa avrà le seguenti responsabilità:
Strategy
- Formulare un'offerta commerciale, in accordo con gli head office delle case costruttrici, alla rete dei concessionari.
- Elaborare e definire il corretto posizionamento pricing e implementare dei supporti marketing al fine di ottenere i risultati prefissati in accordo con il Car Dealer Manager e la direzione commerciale, coordinandosi con tutti i dipartimenti coinvolti.
- Partecipare, in caso di progetti europei, in modo proattivo alla definizione degli stessi e di coordinarli ed implementarli a livello nazionale.
- Definizione del budget per ogni singolo Car maker in termini di target ed in termini di investimenti

Sales
- Identificare un chiaro piano di vendite per singolo Car Maker tenendo in considerazione la struttura commerciale dello stesso, della sua rete di concessionarie ed eventuali officine autorizzate.
- Sviluppare delle relazione consulenziali con il personale di Staff e field delle case auto.
- Gestire direttamente i Concessionari più rappresentativi sul territorio nazionale
- Formare ed informare gli Account Manager e/o Promoter in merito ai piani di vendita ed delle azioni di supporto identificate al fine di raggiungere gli obiettivi.
- Coordinare le priorità delle attività sul territorio degli Account Manager e/o Promoter
- Aggiornare costantemente le condizioni commerciali sui sistemi aziendali e consuntivare le campagne commerciali.
- Gestire l'anagráfica dei car maker, delle loro reti di concessionarie ed officine autorizzate.
- Concordare e mantenere gli accantonamenti finanziari in collaborazione con il dipartimento Finance.
- Monitorare e risolvere eventuali mancati pagamenti.

Studi ed esperienze richieste

Laurea in materie economiche/marketing. Preferibile master in ambito automotive

Almeno 4-5 anni di esperienza in ambito sales/marketing nel settore automotive

Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese

Approccio analitico e strutturato

Orientamento alle vendite

Si richiede necessariamente il domicilio in Emilia Romagna o Toscana
