Per il nostro team Customer Service, ricerchiamo Customer Service Representative part-time 20 ore settimanali distribuiti su 4 giorni, fascia pomeridiana/serale 12:00 - 20:00 (contratto a tempo determinato della durata di 8 mesi - inserimento previsto nel mese di Maggio 2025).
Il tuo ruolo
A diretto riporto del Supervisor CS:
- Gestirai le richieste telefoniche di informazioni e assistenza da parte dei clienti che contattano il Customer Service.- Fornirai assistenza di primo livello utilizzando tutti gli strumenti operativi a disposizione, nel rispetto degli standard qualitativi e quantitativi condivisi con il supervisor per garantire una eccellente Customer Experience.- Risponderai efficacemente ed efficientemente alle chiamate inbound dei clienti sulle tematiche di Spedizioni, Resi, Pagamenti, Assistenza ordini e prodotti, risolvendo le eventuali problematiche e fornendo assistenza di primo livello.- Sarai interprete dei valori del brand nel contatto e la gestione di ciascun cliente.
Requisiti- Disponibilità a lavorare su fascia pomeridiana e serale e durante il week end fino alle ore 20:00.- Preferibile esperienza pregressa in call center, attività di Front Office e/o Back Office.- Preferibile esperienza pregressa in attività a diretto contatto con il pubblico.- Buon utilizzo del pc e pacchetto office.- Part time 20 ore settimanali distribuiti su 4 giorni.
