We are located in the Crema area and operate mainly in the field of Vacuum creation, Oil cooling and lubrication.

We supply the Western major automotive companies and grow as a mechatronics business organization.

At our headquarters, R&D, Production, Sales and all related staff work in synergy, totaling about 500 employees.

**Job Description**:
We are seeking a highly motivated **Engineering Operations Coordinator** to join our team.

You will be responsible for the following activities:

- Assist in the implementation of project management procedures and provide support to project managers during project lifecycles, including periodic assessments;
- Coordinate the internal process of ECR management to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery;
- Verify inputs received from suppliers and prepare outputs for customers while ensuring compliance with international environmental regulations. Act as the primary point of contact for customers regarding environmental tasks for product development.

**Qualifications**:
**Education**: Master’s Degree in Management Engineering or similar academic background;
**Experience and Know-How**: Previous experience in similar roles in the automotive field is considered a plus;
**Language skills**: Good level of English;
