**VHIT S.p.A** (Vacuum & Hydraulic products Italy) is an Italian company, part of the international group **Weifu High-Technology Group Co., Ltd**, a leading supplier of Original Equipment automotive components in the Asian Market.

**With over 60 years of history, **our Business Unit represents for the group the European hub in the supply of pumping systems for combustion and electric motors.

We are located in the Crema area and operate mainly in the field of Vacuum creation, Oil cooling and lubrication.

We supply the Western major automotive company and growing as a mechatronics business organization.

At our headquarters, R&D, Production, Sales and all related staff work in synergy, totaling about 500 employees.

Descrizione del lavoro

We are looking for a **Customer and Production Planner** to join our Logistics Department.

At VHIT, you will be responsible for production planning and scheduling. In particular, you will be responsible for scheduling production activities, monitoring assembly progress to ensure on-time deliveries, defined quality standards and satisfaction of customer orders. The process of production scheduling and customer order management is based on the principles of lean manufacturing.

As a Customer and Production Planner, you will be in charge of:

- Planning and control of customer orders considering capacities, deadlines and inventories;
- Production control and monitoring of production progress;
- Forecasting and capacity planning for relevant value stream;
- Identification of potential supply chain difficulties and initiation of actions to ensure customer delivery in time;
- SAP parameters definition in material master records;
- Following-up logistics KPIs;
- Contributing to the success and excellence of a young and highly motivated team.

In additional, you will be involved in cooperation with internal stakeholders and coordination with external partners.

Qualifiche

**Technical knowledge**: Good knowledge of Microsoft Office and excellent familiarity of SAP;
**Language skills**: Fluent English, German will be a plus;
**Personality**: team player and problem solver with analytical capacity and flexibility; proactivity and willingness to take responsibilities;
**Interests**: Desire to gain working experience and to grow within a complex manufacturing organization open to an international environment.
