1 Spare Parts Specialist - lingua Inglese / Francese
La risorsa, inserita nel reparto ricambi e riportando direttamente al manager di riferimento, si occuperà di:
- gestire le parti di ricambio;
- gestire l’intero processo degli ordini;
- avere contatti con i clienti;
- collaborare con il resto del team di Inside sales e Upgrades per la preparazione di pacchetti di service e liste ricambi;
- interfacciarsi coi colleghi dell’headquarter e del technical support per l’identificazione corretta dei ricambi;
- coordinarsi con la logística e con il team per il rispetto delle tempistiche previste per l’invio dei materiali necessari.
È richiesta un’ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese parlata e scritta e del francese oltre ad un’ottima conoscenza dei sistemi di gestione cloud based (come Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central) e/o ERP (come SAP modulo SD).
Completano il profilo una buona attitudine al problem solving, orientamento al rapporto con i clienti, capacità di gestire lo stress e flessibilità nel lavorare sia in gruppo che autonomamente.
