In order to support our business in Italy, Spain and Portugal we are looking for **an enthusiastic and efficient finance analyst **to join our finance team.

**Your position**:
You love numbers, but you also have a good heart. Precision is your style and financial principles have become your second nature. You love working in a team and together with other functions - commercial, marketing, supply chain and finance teams. You collaborate with these teams to improve data analysis and understanding, internal controls, participate in decisions and so contribute to the success of innocent, a small company with strong growth and big ambitions.

**Your responsibilities**:
You are part of the commercial finance team, you are ideally based in Milan or Paris (Madrid can be considered as location too) and are able to work with people in different geographies.

Your responsibilities will be around different areas:

- Work with commercial team and country manager to produce a budget and review trends;
- Understand client profitability by analysing promotional costs and customer investments, to be able to make recommendations on the most profitable choices of business;
- Analyse Income Statement by client and actively participate in steering commercial strategy;
- Track revenues and other indicators and identify risks and opportunities versus the budget;
- Create and maintain files for monthly budget tracking of marketing, commercial and logistics costs;
- Prepare monthly P&L by country, track variances and report on monthly performance.

**Competences**:

- You have a first successful long experience in a similar role;
- You are fluent in English and French (if based in Paris) or Italian (if based in Milan). Spanish is a real plus;
- Well organized and rigorous, you are recognized for your analytical skills and are able to summarize information and data efficiently;
- You know how to manage deadlines and competing priorities;
- You are a very analytical mind and know where to look for the right information;
- You love numbers and Excel does not hold any secrets for you;
- Enthusiastic and dynamics, you know how to be part of a team and you don’t refrain from communicating your view and ideas;
- You are very independent, with an entrepreneurial spirit and a change mindset;
- You are curious and you enjoy taking initiative and propose changes;
- You are hands-on and with your feet on the ground;
- You have a genuine interest for the food and beverage industry and innovative companies;
- You are (quite) fun to be around and you don’t hesitate making jokes, even bad ones;
- You know how to make very good tiramisu.
