Product Development Officer

We are looking for a Product Development Officer for AXA Partners SAS, based in Milan or Rome. Working at AXA Partners CLP legal department means working in a dynamic, growing and international framework with a particular focus on entrepreneurship, initiative and personal development. The Product Development Officer is the operational point of contact between the business (Sales, UW, Ops) and Gen Sec Function and acts as the collector and responsible for the delivery and confirmation of contract packages, policies and information sets. Synthesizing the various tasks under Gen Sec and UW functions primarily and ensuring the delivery of all contractual documentation to be attached to the Legal Summary Sheet for the signoff required by corporate governance. **KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**: Draft, review, and negotiate documental sets, and other legal documents related to insurance policies, distributors or partners. **MAIN OPERATIONAL TASKS and details in scope for PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT OFFICER**: 1. Supporting free Collaboration Agreement (B RUI) / Agency Contract (A RUI) / Distribution Contract (D RUI) 2. Information set (including basic DIP, additional DIP, GIP and privacy policy) 3. Accession forms (including QM / RVM where applicable) 4. Questionnaire assessing insurance requests and needs 5. Customer identification and due diligence form 6. Welcome letter 7. Beneficiary Designation Form 8. Tariff schedule 9.
