**Job summary**:
La/Il Candidata/o verrà inserito nel Dipartimento HR, Divisione Learning & Talent Acquisition, del Centro Operativo Milano, con particolare focus sulle seguenti tematiche:

- Employer Branding
- Talent Development
- Organization Development
- Digital Transformation

**What will I be doing?**
- Creazione e raccolta delle specifiche e requisiti delle selezioni aperte e pubblicazione di offerte
- Screening dei profili, presentazione shortlist e organizzazione dei colloqui
- Costruzione e manutenzione di pipelines dei profili assegnati;
- Supporto nella predisposizione di reportistica inerente alle attività del team;
- Aggiornamento meticoloso delle informazioni dei collaboratori a sistema;
- Supporto in tutte le HR attività interne ed esterne (Eventi, Training, ecc);
- Raccolta e archiviazione della documentazione necessaria all’assunzione;
- Supporto in attività di Onboarding dei nuovi colleghi;
- Supporto nella creazione di una esperienza aziendale unica in tutti i dipartimenti;

**Knowledge & Requirements**:

- Laurea in Materie Umanistiche, Giurisprudenza, Economia aziendale, Psicologia, Scienze Cognitive o simili con focus su temi HR
- Passione per il mondo delle Human Resources, proattività, precisione e capacità di resistere allo stress
- Affidabilità nel seguire accuratamente le istruzioni con la capacità di multitasking e capacità di adattamento ad un ambiente dinamico, mantenendo relazioni professionali ed etiche con una forte riservatezza;
- Conoscenza dei principali sistemi informatici, del pacchetto Office e di Outlook
- Una persona dinamico/a, organizzato/a ed efficace che condivide i nostri valori: autenticità, eccellenza, meritocrazia & intraprendenza.
- Ricerchiamo un profilo proattivo nel trovare nuove idee & soluzioni per ricreare i processi nel team HR.
- Ottima conoscenza principali strumenti informatici e del mondo Digital & Social networks
- Buona conoscenza lingua inglese
