Siamo alla ricerca di un/una:
**CUSTOMER CARE MANAGER**
Principali mansioni:
- Responsabile della gestione dei resi su acquisti online e delle richieste di garanzia,
- Collaborazione con il laboratorio sartoriale ed il team produttivo, e supporto quando richiesto
- Assistenza post-vendita
- Assistenza su acquisti in showroom (in caso di particolari esigenze su prodotti specifici)
- Redazione di report per dipartimento ricerca e sviluppo, contenenti feedback e opinioni dei clienti
Skills richieste:
- Ottima conoscenza di Tedesco ed Inglese (scritto e verbale)
- 2-3 anni di esperienza in ruoli affini
- Conoscenza di software CRM (ad es. SAP, Dynamics, Zucchetti...)
