We look forward to having you on board to begin this journey together. **Let's make the world more Purple** **Your Responsibilities**: You will join of our "Digital Products" team at GELLIFY, which focuses on creating software products and platforms for our startup and corporate clients. As an Analytics Products Delivery Manager, you will primarily focus on successfully delivering analytics-driven solutions to our clients. Aligning with the expectations of the role, you will be responsible for: - Leading and overseeing the development of analytics software products for our clients, with a specific focus on data analysis, advanced analytics, and AI, following GELLIFY Agile methodology; - Managing GELLIFY cross-functional teams, including designers, business analysts, data scientists, and software engineers, throughout the entire lifecycle of analytics product design and development; - Ensuring the timely and efficient delivery of projects, adhering to established timelines and meeting client expectations; - Implementing effective project governance strategies, while maintaining a high level of client satisfaction; - Monitoring and optimizing project key performance indicators (KPIs), including revenue generation and project timelines; - Contributing to the development of GELLIFY's AI strategy, envisioning the use of relevant technologies and tools in the AI domain. **Education & Experience**: - Bachelor's Degree (Master's Degree preferred) Statistic, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, or similar/equivalent studies; - 7+ years of cross-industry experience in building and managing Analytics solutions; - Project Management skills including cost planning and control (PMI/PMP certification and knowledge of Agile methodologies are preferred); - Experience in Big Data, Analytics, Machine learning/Artificial Intelligence solutions - Italian and English Languages are required **Location**: Casalecchio di Reno (Bo) or Milan with flexible work arrangements; smart-working
