**What the International Sales Program role offers **_you_**

We hire on potential over experience. But don’t worry; we'll ensure you're fully prepared and geared for success. How? Through coaching from experienced colleagues as well as training & development sessions in everything from SaaS, the industry, and of course everything sales-related. The training doesn't stop after your initial onboarding - throughout your trainee program, you'll constantly be challenged and mentored by senior leaders.

**We believe that you
- Bring a winning attitude, high energy, and an owner’s mentality
- Are prestigeless, humble, and friendly :) leadership experience is a plus
- Are curious about the SaaS industry and have previous experience within sales or service of any kind
- Have great communication skills and are ambitious with a hunger for success
- Have a university degree (or similar) and have excelled in either work, sports, or extracurricular activities
- Are fluent in** English and Italian.** Spanish, German, Scandinavian languages, Polish & French are merits.
