**Accounting Specialist**

We are currently seeking an Accounting Specialist to join our team at our Milan office. As an Accounting Specialist, you will play a crucial role in our Finance team, overseeing administrative functions with precision and efficiency.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the administrative accounting office, reporting directly to the Senior Accountant.
- Ensure compliance with all tax deadlines and regulations.
- Manage accounting activities related to both the active and passive cycles.
- Conduct periodic cash reconciliations for various group companies.
- Handle bank management and payments effectively.
- Facilitate customer collections and reconcile customer ledgers.
- Provide support for company reporting by collaborating with different departments.
- Support the closing of accounting periods.
- Prepare cash flow projections and plans.
- Archive maintenance and filing (POs, Agreements, Offers, invoices)
- Lipe - Intrastat periodic accounting and reconciliation
- Ageing and credit management updates
- Staff Salaries / Expenses / Cards periodic reconciliation

**Skills**:

- Minimum of 3-4 years' experience in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in economics or equivalent experience.
- Proficiency in the Office Suite package (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
- Strong analytical and synthesis skills.
- Excellent organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
