Siamo una **pmi innovativa prop-tech del settore turismo-hospitality**, nonché il primo player italiano del settore per numero di immobili contrattualizzati (6.000 immobili tra appartamenti, ville e residenze d’epoca) e destinazioni attivate (più di 700 in Italia e Spagna).

La società ha da poco festeggiato i 10 anni di attività e siamo il più grande property manager di Milano e il più grande network italiano di property manager, con circa 200 partner su tutto il territorio nazionale.

Per una nuova azienda che gestirà diversi building **aparthotel sul segmento luxury** del gruppo Italianway, stiamo selezionando 1 **Night Receptionist**.

**QUALI SARANNO LE TUE ATTIVITÀ?**
- garantire agli ospiti un’accoglienza calorosa e personalizzata occupandosi delle procedure di check in, promuovendo i nostri servizi e presentando la città di Milano;
- garantire che le esigenze degli ospiti siano anticipate e soddisfatte;
- definire la pianificazione giornaliera degli arrivi e delle partenze;
- supportare l’ospite in caso di eventuali problematiche incontrate durante il soggiorno;
- garantire la sicurezza della struttura durante tutta la notte, fornendo supporto al team dell'hotel;
**IL TUO BAGAGLIO**:

- ottima attitudine a relazionarsi con i clienti
- attenzione ai dettagli
- laurea (anche in corso di svolgimento) preferibilmente in ambito turistico o linguistico.

**LA NOSTRA PROPOSTA**

Full time su turni, con 5 giorni lavorativi e 2 di riposo fra lunedì e domenica.

Turno di apertura: 07:00 - 15:30

Turno di chiusura: 15:00 - 23:30

Turno notturno: 23:00 - 07:30

Inizio previsto per la seconda metà di Agosto 2025.

Contratto iniziale a tempo determinato di 6 mesi con possibilità di inserimento, RAL e livello verranno valutati in base all’esperienza.
