Casa Laveni is the first boutique hotel in Milan by Bohopo Group , an international hospitality group with over 11 boutique hotels across Europe .Located in Via dei Bossi , just a few steps from Milan's Duomo, Casa Laveni is a new boutique hospitality project focused on service quality, operational excellence, and a guest-centric approach.For our opening team , we are currently looking for a:Front Office Agent – Night Shift The Front Office Agent (Night Shift) will be responsible for ensuring smooth night operations at reception while maintaining a high level of service and attention to guest needs during overnight hours.Key Responsibilities Manage night-time Front Office operations and guest assistance Handle late check-ins and early check-outsMonitor reservations and ensure accuracy in the PMSAct as the main point of contact for guests during the nightPerform basic night audit and reporting activitiesCoordinate with security and housekeeping when requiredHandle guest issues and emergencies professionally and independentlyEnsure a safe, calm and welcoming environment during night hoursFollow hotel procedures and service standards at all timesRequirements Minimum 1 year of experience as Front Office Agent or Night Receptionist in boutique or luxury hotels Fluency in Italian and English Knowledge of an additional foreign language is a plusStrong sense of responsibility and problem-solving skillsAbility to work independently and manage night operations autonomouslyProfessional, calm and service-oriented attitudeWhat We Offer Full-time contract (3 or 6 months, with possibility of renewal) Night shift schedule: 23:*****:30 (30-minute break included) Work schedule: Monday to Sunday, with two rotating days off per week Salary based on experience Further benefits will be discussed in detail during the interview process.Apply now to join the opening team at Casa LaveniOPENING MARCH ****
