Marni Group is looking for a Europe Leather Goods and Shoes **Retail Merchandiser**, to join the Retail Merchandising team of its Head Quarter in Milan. **PURPOSE** S/he is accountable for: - Planning, selecting and placing the orders for Women & Men’s Leather Goods and Shoes in Europe. - Strategizing, planning, forecasting and monitoring the carry over assortment. - Guaranteeing and maximizing sales by providing a competitive in store merchandise assortment, understanding customer needs and properly forecasting market trends, in order to react timely to market changes and ensure product competitiveness, in terms of pricing and merchandising. **MAIN RESPONSABILITIES** - Selecting the master order following the Merchandising guidelines; - Controlling retail performance and stock level for carry over, still valid and seasonal product by analysing consumer buying patterns, sales, and regularly reviewing performance indicators; - Supporting the Merchandising team by reporting and forecasting sales trends, promotional activities and miss opportunities; - Supporting the creation of the Product Training Book; - Guarantying an effective product training for Retail Sales Team - Monitoring deliveries and in-store allocations **JOB REQUIREMENTS** - Degree in economics, business administration, marketing or related fields is preferred; - Previous experience, at least 3 years, in a similar role is essential within fashion industries; - Fluent in English and Italian (Written & spoken) is essential, French or Spanish will be a plus; - Good knowledge of MS Office (Excel and Power Point); - Strong analytical skills; - Excellent organizational, interpersonal and communication skills; - Problem solving skills; - Product and brand knowledge - Proven ability to work in a highly collaborative environment. - Location: Milano, IT- Employment Type: Full time- Function: Retail- Seniority: Professional
