The Junior Merchandiser will support the Collection Merchandiser in the definition of the product offer and price targets of the collection, accordingly to the brand strategy, with particular focus on Retail Merchandising._

**_ Responsibilities_**
- _ Cooperate in the definition of seasonal merchandising plan, both numerical & qualitative;_
- _Work closely with the designers, the product development, the visual merchandising and the supply chain teams;_
- _Work on all stages of pre-editing and editing of collection;_
- _Support during the pricing activities;_
- _Implement the retail merchandising strategy;_
- _Set up the buying for the retail network;_
- _Manage the budgets ensuring an effective allocation of resources;_
- _Conduct analysis (sell-in, sell-out, stock, etc.) and prepare reports for the management in order to identify required actions based on data insights_
- _Be updated about competitors’ product offer and strategy;_
- _Contribute to the preparation of product training materials to present the buying strategy and the collection to the store staff;_
- _Follow up markets and areas’ needs for the channels both direct and wholesale;_

**_ Requirements_**
- _ A Master's Degree in Economics or Engineering_
- _2y experience in Retail Buying and Merchandising_
- _Strong analytical skills combined with an excellent understanding of the fashion dynamics_
- _Passion for the fashion industry_
- _Good communication and interpersonal skills_
- _Excellent command of Office Suite, in particular Excel and PowerPoint_
- _Fluency in both Italian and English_
