Per il potenziamento dell’area **Finance & Administration**, ricerchiamo una risorsa da inserire come

**Tirocinante Addetto/a alla Contabilità Fornitori**, con l’obiettivo di formarla e introdurla nel mondo amministrativo di un gruppo strutturato e dinamico.

**Cosa farai**

La risorsa sarà inserita nel team Finance & Administration, e affiancherà il Responsabile Amministrativo nelle attività legate alla gestione della contabilità fornitori,

collaborando con i reparti Acquisti, Logistica e Controllo di Gestione.
- Supportare nella registrazione e controllo delle fatture passive nazionali ed estere;
- Verificare la corretta riconciliazione tra ordini, DDT e fatture;
- Aggiornare e gestire le anagrafiche fornitori;
- Collaborare nella predisposizione dei pagamenti e nella riconciliazione dei conti fornitori;
- Archiviare digitalmente i documenti contabili e supportare la gestione dei flussi approvativi;
- Partecipare alle attività di chiusura mensile e reportistica amministrativa.

**Requisiti**:
**Chi cerchiamo**
- Laurea (anche triennale) in Economia / Amministrazione e Controllo / Scienze Economiche;
- Conoscenze di base di contabilità generale e principi IVA;
- Buona padronanza del pacchetto Microsoft Office (in particolare Excel);
- Buona conoscenza della lingua inglese;
- Precisione, affidabilità e capacità di lavorare in team;
- Costituisce elemento preferenziale esperienza pregressa maturata in studi commerciali o in azienda in ambito amministrazione/contabilità fornitori.
