**Duties and responsibilities**:

- Greet our guests and make them feel welcomed in the Resort
- Create outstanding arrival and departure experiences in different areas of the Resort, such as Resort main entrance or Resort private dock
- Establish special conversations with guests, which identify personal preferences
- Working alongside the team and our suppliers to create the perfect stay for our guests
- Provide assistance and quality service for boat tours and other activities, in collaboration with the Front Office and Concierge teams
- Be a source of information to guests on various matters such as Resort facilities, outlets and activities
- Act as a guide when guests ask for directions and assist them to their destination within the Resort
- Accommodate general and unique requests
- Handle internal telephone calls
- Diffuse conflicts or tense situations with guests
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
- Perform any other task as deemed appropriate by the management

**Requirements**:

- Previous experiences in a similar position, preferably in a luxury environment
- Proficiency in English, Italian and preferably in an additional language
- Be professional and willing to exceed guests' expectations with empathy and passion
- Excellent communication and organization skills
- Able to multi-task, to problem solve and to work well in a team environment
- Flexible schedules and working hours plus the availability to work on week-ends and holidays
