**Sales Support Specialist**:

A key role in assisting the sales team, the Sales Support Specialist prepares Robotic solutions with relative commercial offer sales proposals for robotic systems and cells. In this role, your strong technical and market knowledge will assist you in providing customers with efficient and effective solutions.

**This position reports to**:
Senior Engineering Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Preparing formal technical and commercial offers with clear contract terms.
- Aiding sales colleagues in specifying optimal, cost-effective solutions to meet customers’ needs.
- Providing assistance and input in meetings, product presentations and negotiations.
- Answering technical queries from engineering teams and delivering vital information to risk reviews.
- Studying customers’ needs and competitors’ offerings through market intelligence and insight from sales teams.

**Your background**:

- 5 years of experience in sales support, working as sales support specialist in the Robotics and automation market.
- Knowledge of both mechanical and electrical.
- Knowledge of 3D design tools with Inventor and Solidworks.
- Self-motivation, curiosity and a desire to learn about new technologies.
- A collaborative, solution-focused approach, and strong written and spoken communication skills.
- A bachelor’s or a Master’s degree are preferred.
- Fluency in English and Italian.
