Atlante is NHOA’s new Global Business Line dedicated to build the first EV Fastcharging Network enabled by renewables, energy storage and 100% grid-integrated. The Atlante project is the result of the partnership between NHOA - which develops and invests in the network being owner and operator - Free2Move eSolutions, in the role of supplier of charging technology, and Stellantis automotive group.
**Posizione**:
We are looking for a Contract Management Specialist who will be in charge of managing and ensuring the fulfillment of all contractual obligations set out in the partnership agreements in force, as well as all the related administrative burdens.
The main responsibilities include monitoring the contractual deadlines, estimate the needed financial resources, reporting periodic energy consumption data, issuance and renewal of guarantees, calculating and checking the charges/fees or any refund to be paid, revenues to be shared, make payments and/or collect fees, by setting up standard and scalable processes through appropriate tools.
**Tasks**
- Map and monitor contractual obligations in terms of deadline, frequency, type of charge
- Run the invoicing and billing flows in due time
- Create standard reporting templates to facilitate partners and to optimize effort
- Set up suitable tools for the fee calculation and checking
- Build and retain fruitful partners relationships
- Keep track of the relevant documentation related to the contract: contract updates, renewals, meeting minutes, etc.
- Contribute to plan foreseen costs and revenues
- Issue purchase and sale orders in SAP
- Archive all contract related documents and reports
**Requisiti**:
- Technical Degree or equivalent qualification
- 2/3 years of experience in an administrative role within structured companies
- Mastery of SAP and Excel
- Ability to communicate and foster positive business relationships
- Accountability and personal organization are essential
- Precision and attention to details
