**Position Summary**:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented intern to join our **Asset Services** department as a **Junior Property Manager Intern/Stage**. This is a fantastic opportunity to gain real-world experience in commercial property management, supporting the day-to-day operations of our property portfolio.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Support the property management team with administrative tasks and lease file maintenance
- Assist with coordinating tenant move-ins/outs and service contracts
- Help maintain accurate records for vendors, invoices, and certificates of insurance
- Participate in regular property inspections and vendor performance oversight
- Contribute to tenant communications, including events, newsletters, and service updates
- Support financial processes including invoice handling and expense reports
- Learn to use work order and purchase order systems

**Requirements**:

- Fluent in **Italian** and proficient in **English** (written and spoken)
- Full **right to work in Italy/EU**
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Interest in real estate or property management is a plus

**Additional Information**:

- ** Duration**: Up to 6 months
- ** Schedule**: Full-time (39 hours/week)
- This is a paid internship
- Office-based with occasional travel between properties
