**Mission**:
Within our Global Celebrities team based in Rome, we are looking for a Global Celebrities Manager for a maternity cover. He/She will contribute to build & implement the communication VIP relations strategy & plan defined for the area of responsibility, aimed at increasing Brand visibility and awareness through VIP personalities and influencers.

**Main Accountabilties**:

- International communications: liaising with Bvlgari International PR network. Give contribution to the core activities, aimed at increasing the overall global PCO (Press and Coverage Observatory) and Digital results.
- Contribute to the production of press materials: support in sending out press releases and liaising with Bvlgari PR network (such as texts, photos etc.) according with Business Units inputs and Marketing & Communication guidelines.
- VIP dressings: liaising with top celebrity stylists proposing products with customized look-books to, celebrities, influencers and socialites for Bvlgari events and others such as Awards Season, Cannes Film Festival, MET Gala, Venice Film Festival, Fashion Weeks
- Work synergically with Bvlgari Image department for Global Ambassadors and Celebrities shootings and content creation
- Influencer Marketing: manage the team to generate systematic reporting on digital influencers, post-event recaps including KPI’s, ROI, EMV, analytics for editorially driven events, products and contents
- Manage the Central Celebrities team (in syngergy with Celebrities agents, managers, publicists, stylists) for the implementation of Celebrities event attendance key Bvlgari events
- Business development: nourishing relationships and contacts with established and emerging talent representatives (agents, stylists, managers, publicists)
- Manage the production of content for VIP interviews and celebrity-driven cover shoots and editorials
- Manage the attendance of Top Models and Global Celebrities at Key Movie Festivals, Awards Shows and Bvlgari Events by liaising with key Talent agencies, Model agencies.
- Manage a global VIP gifting strategy and contacts with all key Bvlgari markets for the orchestration and implementation on key celebrities and KOL
- Manage the Global Celebrities contractualization and budget liaising with Central Legal, Procurement, Finance and Administration departments and Business Units

**Requirements**:

- +5 years experience in similar roles
- Master’s degree in communication/marketing/business or similar fields
- Budget and reporting techniques
- Excellent presentation skills (visual and content, reporting)
- Communication techniques, tools and channels
- IT Applications (Office, Powerpoint specific tools)
