Roster and Logistic Coordinator

**Description**
South East Aviation Services S.r.l. (SEAS) is currently hiring a Roster and Logistic Coordinator for planning and coordinating work shifts of our Aircraft Maintenance Engineers.
This is an excellent opportunity to join our Team and gain experience in Europe leading airline.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent spoken and written English
- Flexible approach to working in a fast changing environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs and good Excel knowledge
- Highly organized and able to handle a wide variety of tasks
- Able to work meeting deadlines
**Duties & Responsibilities**
- Ensure that all shifts are adequately covered by qualified staff and meet manpower needs and requirements
- Crosscheck daily time sheet to ensure adequate manpower & check legal requirements are satisfied
- Ensure all trainings are correctly planned in advance
- Daily/ weekly/ monthly roster checks to ensure all manpower planning is efficient and correct
- Leave planning & sickness covers
- Manage all staff flights & hotels bookings
- Ensure all planning and schedule changes are updated
**Location & commitments**:
Monday-Friday, 8.30 -17.30
Based in BGY Airport Orio al Serio (BG)
