Eurodrone Technical Requirements Manual Owner

As Staff Engine Technical Requirements owner, you will develop Eurodrone Technical Requirements Manual and flow it down to the design team starting from contractual Eurodrone requirements and Catalyst TRM ensuring completeness and availability of the requirements to the design team.

**Essential Responsibilities**
- Defines product technical requirements and their structure according to customer needs and applicable aeroengine Certification regulations
- Optimizes requirements to assure the most well-balanced design
- Interprets and reconciles technical requirements coming from different sources
- Manage technical requirements flow down to the design team
- Controls the changes to the technical requirements, in coordination with customer counterpart and commercial team
- Coordinates with customer and on-site tech rep on technical and installation requirements
- Supports management of physical and functional interfaces control document with customer
- Ensures requirements compliance verification and validation means are established and appropriate for customer and applicable aeroengine Certification regulations

**Qualifications / Requirements**
- Bachelor’s or Master's degree from an accredited university or college
- Strong technical and interpersonal leadership experience
- English fluency
- Work Visa, according to local regulation, and European citizenship are required

**Desired Characteristics**
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Mechanical or Aeronautical from an accredited university or college is preferred
- Prior experience with a focus on managing technical programs and designing and developing new products related to solve product issues is preferred
- Prior experience with New Product Development (NPI) process, Lean Principles, Life Cycle Engineering and management methodologies is preferred
- Strong customer-oriented mindset
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and solve technical problems
- Capability to work in multicultural environment
- Knowledge of aeronautical certification rules and relevant means of compliance
