In this spirit, we are currently seeking a qualified individual to take on the pivotal role of Power Gearbox Module Owner. You will lead a team of talented engineers and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the success of our Future of Flight initiatives.

Your expertise will contribute to the evolution of aviation technology, enabling next-generation aircraft to operate with unparalleled efficiency, reliability, and sustainability.

**Essential Responsibilities**

The Module Owner utilizes experience and expertise to solve problems, develop and execute objectives for self and others, affecting short-term and long-term goals.
- Lead the end-to-end design and technology development of the Power Gearbox, from concept ideation to prototype implementation.
- Define and drive the technical roadmap, ensuring alignment with project objectives and industry standards.
- Champion innovation and continuous improvement in gearbox design, performance, and reliability.
- Coordinate with GE Aerospace global teams and partners to ensure proper integration of the gearbox module in the engine.
- Liaise closely to Systems team to ensure program priorities are properly flow down to the design team.
- Drive the resolution of technical challenges and provide timely updates to stakeholders on project status and milestones.

**Qualifications/Requirements**
- Master Degree in Mechanical/Aeronautical Engineering from an accredited university.
- Proven track record of leading complex engineering projects from concept to production, preferably in aircraft propulsion or powertrain systems.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills, with the ability to influence and inspire multidisciplinary teams.
- New Product Introduction process experience.
- English and Italian fluency.
- Work VISA, according to local regulations is required.
