Generali Global Corporate & Commercial is the Generali Group unit that develops P&C business and insurance services for medium and large companies. The unit acts on a global scale and deploys an integrated approach at Group level with a central management team and specialized teams active in individual countries. Through GC&C, Generali aims to become a key world player in the corporate-commercial segment.

As part of the IT&Ops team, the person will support the multinational programs team in the following mission:
**Ensure the governance, development, enhancement and management of the GC&C Network for Multinational Programs and International Business, with particular focus on Marine and Construction. Support the GC&C MP proposition, enablers and delivery**
**Main responsibilities**:

- Support Multinational growth across the GC&C Units, monitor portfolio and service performance and promote initiatives, business practice, reporting and system training
- Support the governance, development and enhancement of the GC&C Network with particular focus on the support of Marine and Construction Business
- Manage the GC&C Network to ensure its service and operational performance
- Support GC&C Units team training and upskills for Multinational business
- Support the design and delivery of the Network management enablers and Global Tool solutions
- Support the development and adoption of the MP Global Tool and service initiatives
- Ensure the adoption of the MP Model across the GC&C Units and compliance with relevant Guidelines and Technical Measure
- Monitor and ensure the quality of MP data ensuring and compliant usage of MP Global Tool and data standards
- Ensure and monitor the adoption of internal and external service level agreements, promote corrective actions and ensure customer focus and satisfaction
- Drive escalation processes in order to prevent “crisis” with customers and brokers
- Ensure overall servicing and client reporting
- Support the delivery of the GC&C Multinational Program Strategy

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of experience in Multinational Business and Network Management
- Solid Knowledge of Multinational Business, offering and process
- Knowledge and experience in Marine and / or Construction business;
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Programs and project management experience
- Commitment, drive and strong service orientation
- Hands on approach
- Fluent in English and other languages skills an advantage (Italian, French, Spanish)
- Willingness to travel and to availability to work in a hybrid model
