We are looking for a Tender Specialist for the Italian Tender Office Department that is in charge for the preparation and submission of Tenders, Offers and contracts in both Public and Private healthcare sector and is responsible for Customer's pricing management.**In this role, you will be responsible for**:

- Independent processing of offers and contracts based on input received from Sales Dept.
- Advising and supporting the sales force in the implementation of pricing and contract strategies.
- Answering price inquiries and creating price lists.
- Collaboration on projects in the area of price and offer management.
- Management of price discrepancies.
- Solution-oriented complaint management and credit note preparation in cooperation with the Finance and Customer Excellence departments.
- Price
- and master-data-maintenance as well as price-reporting and -analysis in SAP.
- Processing and documentation of daily enquiries with internal and external customers in SalesForce.

**What are we looking for in you**:

- Successfully completed commercial training and 3 years of professional experience in internal sales/tender, customer service or price management.
- Ability to work in a team, social skills, initiative, commitment and customer orientation.
- Quick comprehension and analytical thinking, good time management, high degree of self-organization, structured way of working.
- Business acumen with the mindset of supporting our sales dept to be successful.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Very good MS Office user skills, especially MS Excel and MS Word.
- Experience in working with an ERP system, ideally SAP R3/SD or S4/HANA.
- Experience in working with a CRM system, ideally SalesForce/ServiceCloud.
- Good written and spoken English skills.
