- _SCOPO PRIMARIO E OBIETTIVO GENERALE DEL RUOLO:_
Develop and maintain the Continuous Improvement culture, leading projects and kaizen initiatives aiming to improve industrial performances of the site, in particular eliminating wastes, improving: flexibility, labor efficiency and service level;
- _
PRINCIPALI INCARICHI:_
- Asses As-Is situation, identify possible improvements, prepare opportunity studies, lead improvement actions_;_
- Represent the site in the CI team, coordinating activities with other sites, where possible to eliminate duplication of effort, facilitating benchmark and spreading good practices;
- Lead Continuous Improvement projects in the site, supporting the different functions, maintain and follow up the CI road map;
- Participate in the construction of department’s improvement plans by generating ideas and prioritizing those according to Quality Cost, Delivery criteria as well as site objectives.
- Share CI good practices within the CI network/community and propose help if needed. Participate and organize benchmarks
- Actively contribute to maintain the CI routine in place, e.g. 5S, Idea Collection, etc.

FORMAZIONE, ESPERIENZE E COMPETENZE RICHIESTE PER IL RUOLO:_
- Master or Bachelor Engineering degree, Bio-medics or Management Engineering preferred, with 2/3 years of experience in industrial operations; Expertise in Continuous Improvement methods;
- Well-organized, rigorous and persevering
- Results focused, Open-minded
- Project Management skills
- Mastering Lean Production and Tools of Continuous Improvement (e.g. VSM, 5S, Visual Management, etc.)
- Training and Coaching skills; Ability to lead people towards common goal and act in matrix organization.
- Excellent communication skills to shopfloor; Assertive
- Safety awareness, good understanding in cGMP and applicable rules & regulations
- Fluent in English; second language French is considered a PLUS
