**Cosa cerchiamo**:
Come **Human Resources Specialist**, la figura sarà al centro delle nostre attività HR, gestendo processi essenziali e iniziative strategiche per migliorare la nostra organizzazione.

**Responsabilità principali**:

- **Sviluppo del personale**: Definizione di percorsi di carriera, griglie salariali, promozioni e gestione dell'equilibrio salariale interno.
- **Analisi del clima aziendale**: Creazione e gestione di survey interne per monitorare il benessere e l’engagement dei dipendenti.
- **Gestione amministrativa**: Collaborazione con studi paghe per contratti, cedolini mensili, F24 e documentazione per i dipendenti.
- **Ottimizzazione dei processi**: Disegno e implementazione di processi aziendali, favorendo la collaborazione tra divisioni.
- **Policy aziendali**: Sviluppo di linee guida su viaggi, auto aziendali e altro.
- **Comunicazione interna e welfare**: Promozione di iniziative per il benessere dei dipendenti e gestione di progetti di Employer Branding.

**Requisiti**:

- **Madre lingua cinese**:

- **Lingue**:Livello di italiano B2/C1 e buona conoscenza della lingua inglese.
- **Esperienza**: 3-5 anni in ruoli HR con ampie responsabilità, preferibilmente in piccole e medie realtà.
- **Competenze tecniche**: Solide conoscenze in gestione e sviluppo del personale, Compensation & Benefits, e design di processi aziendali.
- **Soft skills**: Ottime capacità di comunicazione e passione per il miglioramento continuo.
- **Digital skills**: Padronanza del pacchetto Office.

**Cosa offriamo**:

- **Contratto**: CCNL Commercio, livello 5 (14 mensilità), possibilità di revisione salariale annuale in base alle performance.
- **Retribuzione**: 1.500€ netti mensili **+** bonus performance (350-400 €).
- Ambiente dinamico e orientato alla crescita personale e professionale.

Contratto di lavoro: Tempo pieno

Retribuzione: €1.500,00 al mese
