The Fulfillment Specialist will own all the parts/materials operations relevant to the assigned area/region. You will be committed to deliver the expected sales and customer service level. Be the primary interface with PL and be responsible to initiative the achievement of the area/region financial targets from execution standpoint.

As a Fulfillment Specialist, you will be responsible for:

- Interfacing with PL for all operations aspects; represent fulfillment function in all related meetings of the assigned area/region
- Collecting business/customer needs, set up right priorities and translate them into proper inputs to relevant functions
- Own the KPIs of the function on the assigned area/region (OTD, OVD and OVD aging span)
- Leading the scouting of sales opportunities to maximize financial results, across all inventory organization and relevant legal entities
- Identifying and executing material allocations to projects to meet specific customer needs or to increase execution profitability
- Shaping simplification and improvement initiatives specific for the area/region, to achieve better operational performances and cost savings

**Fuel your passion**

To be successful in this role you will:

- Have completed Bachelor studies as an Engineer with basic knowledge of planning and analysis tools for project-management
- Have basic knowledge of Oil & Gas products, Gas Turbines Centrifugal Compressors & Reciprocating Compressors and related production process
- Have basic knowledge of Power Generation plants process and Mechanical Effort
- Have excellent presentation, communication, influencing, negotiation and deal closing skills
- Be a self-starter, proactively taking the initiative to solving problems
- Be green belt or black belt certified
- Be fluent in English and hold an EU passport or work permit
