**LIFE FLOWS THROUGH OUR SOFTWARE**

**Position**:
We are looking for a brilliant and motivated graduate / undergraduate to join our HR Global Department as an **Internal Communication Intern**, based in our HQ in Milan.
- Support the HR Global Team with the internal communication strategy, which includes several initiatives and projects;
- Support activities and create contents for the internal digital platform and our communities, sharing the best practices and improving the effectiveness of any digital tool related with people work life at Dedalus;
- Write, edit and manage communication materials and contents to communicate effectively with employees globally (newsletters, videos, HR processes and guidelines, events materials);
- Create and organize Power Point presentations;
- Work and build global cross-functional relationships with other departments across the organization (HR, Marketing and Corporate Communication);
- Promote internal branding and HR initiatives to support the human resources activity at global level, aimed at spreading Dedalus culture and values.

- Degree in Communication, Branding or Digital Marketing;
- Excellent English skills, both speaking and writing;
- Good knowledge of the main graphic design tools (Canva, Adobe, Illustrator, Photoshop);
- Excellent skills in creating presentations in Power Point;
- Experience at writing, editing and managing multimedia contents;
- Passion / high interest for communication, people and HR topics;
- Good communication skills;
- Strong relational skills and creativity;
- Positive mindset, curiosity and proactivity.
