Descrizione del lavoro:

- ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide a timely response to incoming inquiries; provide light technical support by answering questions about machine features or functions
- Collaborate with other functions to resolve technical and/or logístical problems and make recommendations for solutions
- Proactively sell company products via advice to existing customers on substitutions and identical replacements parts
- Use sales experience to proactively approach the customer base to ensure engagement and spend
- Maximize sales opportunities for replacement parts, through proactive communication, to meet or exceed sales goals
- Monitor Customer Service Website for orders, customer access, or catalog updates
- Prepare an Infor quote, provide correspondence, update on the status of the orders, and close out the quote upon completion and receipt of a purchase order
- Contact customers to ascertain data omitted on orders and resolves customer questions related to orders
- Process customer credits and engage in returns process and determine root cause or defer to appropriate team, as necessary
- Support and actively utilize Customer Resource Management system to maintain accurate records of all contacts, equipment, and locations
- Other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Education and Experience
- High School Diploma or GED
- Minimum 2 years of experience with sales support or customer service
- Computer skills - proficiency with Microsoft Office Word, Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint

Other
- Must be willing and able to work overtime as the workload requires.
- Travel not common but occasionally necessary (5%)
- PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
- Bilingual
- Knowledge of industrial machinery and manufacturing
- Knowledge of company products, parts, service, and pricing practices
