Experience in IT industry Account Management Experience working with Healthcare accounts BA/BS degree required. A technical background in engineering, computer science, or MIS a plus. Direct field experience in working with Public Sector accounts. Strong verbal and written communications in Italian and English

As a Public Sector Sr. Account Manager HealthCare - Italy you will have the exciting opportunity to help drive the growth and shape the future of an emerging technology and increase adoption and market segment presence of AWS in the Public Sector accounts in Italy.

(*) Business background: experiences with Private and Public Hospitals - Healthcare public entities - understand core processes such as Digital Health Records EMR, patients booking systems, patients acceptance, emergency first aid - have experience in hospitals management systems - LIS (laboratory information system) RIS/PACS systems (medical imaging technology) - Telemedicine - Data management in healthcare - experiences and relationship with doctors, physicians and researchers - administrative stakeholders.

(**) Sales Background : multi years’ experience as sales person - enable to engage CXO level - experience to engage and drive partners - knowledge of procurement models for public administration such as (Mepa - Sdapa - Consip) - experience in managing complex tenders - knowledge and experience in cloud services is mandatory

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Help to drive business growth and expansion in a defined territory.
- Suggest and execute against a territory plan.
- Manage numerous accounts concurrently & long-term.
- Articulate compelling value propositions around AWS services.
- Accelerate customer adoption.
- Work with partners to extend reach & drive adoption.
- Ensure customer satisfaction.
- Moderate travel (25 to 35%)
