**BAT ITALY IS LOOKING FOR A NEW CATEGORIES TRADE EXECUTIVE**

**ROLE POSITIONING AND OBJECTIVES**:
The role is responsible for leading the development and implementation of Trade activities in line with Italy Trade execution strategy and supporting the market in developing Volume and Market Share Growth Programmes. In addition, the role holder will evaluate operational activities and generate proposals for innovation improvements
**Reports to**:PRRP Trade Support & B2B Manager
**WHAT YOU WILL BE ACCOUNTABLE FOR**:
Propose, define, and evaluate trade activities for the Italian multi-category trade environment to maximize the trade impact.
Prepare and manage new product introductions by ensuring effective target setting and monitoring, timely availability of all supporting materials and consistent communication across the different trade touchpoints.
Support the National Sales team with accurate performance analysis and channel insights.
Collect information and insights from the market to facilitate the internal decision-making process.
Support the timely communication of the quarterly cycle plan activities to the National Sales team.
Update and improve the current IT-tools supporting our National Sales team.
You will be the single point of contact for any matter regarding the projects you have been assigned to.
Contribute to the effective management of Trade Marketing budget through the monitoring and recording of day-to-day items
Create and manage in an effective way a database for all contracted outlets. Ensure the database includes all the necessary information and details, updating it on a regular basis.
**ESSENTIAL EXPERIENCE, SKILLS AND KNOWLEDGE**:
Minimum 3-4 years of Sales or Trade Marketing experience
Excellent knowledge of MS Office package (Excel and Power Point)
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing or another related field
Excellent command of written and spoken Italian is mandatory
Excellent command of written and spoken English
Ability to manage time and work under pressure
Ability to prioritize tasks according to importance
Openness, flexibility and willingness to adapt to a changing environment
Good interpersonal and communication skills
