Spa Manager, Castello di Casole, a Belmond Hotel, Tuscany

We are currently seeking for an experienced, talented and passionate professional SPA Manager to coordinate the wellness centre of our prestigious property.

He / She will carry out facial and body treatments to a high professional standard and will be able to advise guests on their skincare regime and on other appropriate treatments.
Reports to the Hotel GM.

**Responsabilities**:

- Responsible for overseeing the efficient running and profitability of service in both spas, ensuring that policies and procedures are complied with the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction;
- The role involves hands on treatments. He / She has to maximize treatment and retail sales through excellent telephone skills, repeat bookings, customer care;
- Enable the department to achieve company’s revenue targets on a daily and monthly basis while ensuring compliance with all standard operating policies, procedures including Leading Quality Assurance.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in de-luxe hotel & spa environment required, 3 years at least.
- Leadership skills, skilled at building a cohesive team and facilitating goal accomplishment, developer of others.
- Must have a positive attitude and be able to handle stressful situations.
- Fluency in Italian and English. Third language preferred.
- Outgoing personality yet discreet in nature. Natural flair for details.
- Excellent Pc & social media skills.
