Independent Recruitment Manager

Founded in Denmark more than 30 years ago, assisting our clients in recruitment, HR services and executive search, SAM International GmbH is the of the largest Nordic company in the industry and we are currently present in more than 12 countries. SAM has been in Switzerland for more than 18 years and we have a solid foothold in the Swiss market.
As the business is growing, we are actively recruiting independent recruitment partners to join our Swiss company.
Tasks
- Using your network and/or sales initiatives, acquire new clients and assist them in their recruitment needs.
- Assist existing SAM clients in their recruitment needs, as needed.
- Hold client meetings to acquire new business.
**Requirements**:
- You have sales experience and you know what it takes to get the order.
- You are registered as an independent consultant/agent/sole trader/freelancer, have your own company or willing to pair with a EOR/payroll provider in order to be fully compliant.
- Experience from Italian recruitment agencies is a big plus.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to manage workflow and time.
- Fluent in English and Italian.
