All over the world, people with special nutritional requirements trust in the expertise of Dr. Schär.** **For our site/Headquarters located in Postal, Italy we are looking for a** Global Product Manager (M/F/d) - Do you like marketing in all its aspects, as well as project management? - Are you prepared to roll up your sleeves and get involved? - Are you really passionate with cooking, experimenting food, good cuisine? - Then this job is for you - Your responsibilities: - Responsible for the development and implementation of new products and relaunches - Ownership and management of product administration related to portfolio business, eg new launch forms, artworks approvals etc. - Responsible for the management and maintenance of specific product categories - Track of the assigned products performance and put in place corrective actions when needed - Collaboration in the development of a growth strategy for the product range - Constant collaboration with internal R&D, production, communication, external suppliers and local marketing teams - Develop together with communication team and local marketing teams, consumer connection activities (recipe creations, bloggers activities, recipe books, collections ) to ensure category activation and dynamism - Visit the assigned markets and attend the most relevant fairs Your profile: - University Degree in Economics or Marketing - Proven experience in the Marketing sector, preferably in Product Management or Project Management in FMCG companies (preferably food companies) - Previous experience of working across departments and countries (in a matrix organisation) will be considered as a plus - Strong analytical and organizational skills - Fluent in English.
