Within the Operations, you will be responsible for planning, managing and coordinating all production activities in the Italian water treatment manufacturing plant.

Your challenge
Define and implement the organizational structure and allocate the resources, continuously evaluate the equipment and methods for the future growth needs
Plan, direct and coordinate all production activities for the specific M+H plant to ensure that the customer orders are processed in time and quality
Ensure that all safety requirements are met, ensure compliance with the environmental policies
Initiate procedures for the continuous process improvement and optimization, provide recommendations and implement projects on the cycle times and product quality
Control the Overall Equipment Effectiveness to examine the overall production performance
Ensure the product quality compliance with the M+H technical and quality standards, policies and goals as well as the customer requirements during the complete production process
Guide, develop and motivate the direct reports within the HR policy
**Profile**:
Residence in Italy-Marche region
University degree in Engineering or relevant field of technical or business education
Min 5 years of relevant work experience in the field of operations
- SAF4HANA
Italian language native
- English good to have
Good organizational and planning skills, problem-solvingy, leadership, strong interpersonal skills
