**Roles & Objective**

As an intern, you’ll join the **People & Culture** Department at Philip Morris Manufacturing & Technology Bologna S.p.A., reporting directly to the **Manager of Labor Relations**.

**Specific responsabilities**:

- Deep dive into the **National Collective Labor Agreement (CCNL)** and our internal labor policies
- Support the design and analysis of **innovative labor agreements**
- Take part in meetings with social partners and contribute to **strategic discussions**
- Collaborate across** industrial relations** and broader **HR**processes

**What we’re looking for**:

- Background in **Law** (Master’s in Labor Law is a plus)
- Solid understanding of** labor & union regulations**
- Strong analytical and communication skills
- Fluent in **English** and confident with **Excel & PowerPoint**
- Curious, resilient, and ready to grow in a dynamic corporate environment
