HR Industrial Relations, Labor Law, and Contract Management Specialist

All'interno della Direzione HR stiamo cercando una risorsa che ricopra il ruolo di HR Industrial Relations, Labor Law and Contract Management che riporterà al Responsabile Relazioni Industriali. Il ruolo prevede le seguenti attività e responsabilità:
**Relazioni Industriali**:

- fornire consulenza e supporto alla Direzione aziendale su questioni relative a tematiche sindacali;
- fornire consulenza e supporto legale su questioni relative a tematiche giuslavoristiche;
- gestire le relazioni con i consulenti legali e le associazioni territoriali di categoria;
- organizzare e supportare durante gli incontri periodici con le RSU e con i delegati sindacali esterni;
- supportare i Dipartimenti nelle indagini su presunte violazioni delle norme disciplinari aziendali e garantire l'equità del processo disciplinare;
- garantire la corretta gestione e implementazione degli accordi aziendali in essere.

**Labor Law**:

- verificare e aggiornare i contratti di lavoro individuali;
- gestire pratiche disciplinari e licenziamenti;
- fornire consulenza e supporto alla Direzione aziendale su questioni di diritto del lavoro;
- Interfacciarsi con gli studi legali per contenziosi in materia di diritto del lavoro;
- monitoraggio e aggiornamento degli sviluppi legislativi e normativi in materia di diritto del lavoro;
- garantire che le politiche e le pratiche aziendali siano conformi alle leggi e ai regolamenti pertinenti per le tematiche giuslavoristiche.

**Contract Management**:

- verificare il rispetto degli obblighi contrattuali da parte della società nelle gare di appalto per le tematiche giuslavoristiche;
- supportare i Dipartimenti nella redazione di contratti di lavoro e di contratti di appalto per le tematiche giuslavoristiche.

**Si richiede**:

- Preferibilmente Laurea in Giurisprudenza;
- ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese sia scritta che orale;
- almeno 3-5 anni di esperienza in un ruolo HR simile, preferibilmente in un contesto sindacale;
- esperienza nella gestione delle relazioni sindacali e nella gestione di contratti di appalto;
- ottime capacità di comunicazione, sia scritta che orale;
- capacità di analisi e problem solving;
- capacità di lavorare in team;
- propensione alla collaborazione e alla gestione delle relazioni professionali;
- ottima conoscenza del pacchetto Office (in particolare Excel e PowerPoint).
