**SR MARKETING & COMMUNICATION MANAGER**

Il Sr Marketing Manager riporta al CMO della società e gestisce gerarchicamente 1 Marketing Coordinator e 1 Marketing Specialist.

Progetta e supervisiona le attività di Marketing offline e online e le attività di Comunicazione, coordinando i fornitori esterni (agenzie creative, agenzia digital, agenzie PR di prodotto e Corporate, professionisti per la produzione dei materiali), e relazionandosi con i broadcaster e i coproduttori internazionali, sia per attività continuative che per lanci di nuove serie.

**RESPONSABILITÀ E ATTIVITÀ PRINCIPALI**

Definizione e coordinamento di strategia, sviluppo piani e coordinamento attivazione di campagne multicanale per le principali serie nazionali ed internazionali, nello specifico:

- Briefing creativo e supervisione di shooting di campagna, della produzione di contenuti di branding e content marketing (grafici, video, social) dal set alla messa in onda, supervisionando varie agenzie creative esterne.
- In coordinamento con l’ufficio stampa, gestione dei talent e dei relativi agenti e uffici stampa durante le riprese e nella finestra di promozione.
- Sviluppo della strategia digital e supervisione delle attività social aziendali, con il supporto di un’agenzia esterna ed in coordinamento con i broadcasting partner per tutte le produzioni.
- Supervisione della strategia di comunicazione e coordinamento degli uffici stampa, sia per le attività di prodotto che per quelle corporate, con il supporto di uffici stampa esterni dedicati rispettivamente alla comunicazione di prodotto nazionale, alla comunicazione corporate e alla comunicazione internazionale.
- Briefing, feedback e gestione dei fornitori per lo sviluppo dei materiali di comunicazione in linea con la strategia e gli obiettivi di comunicazione.
- Coordinamento attività di Analisi dati di ascolto e reportistica.
- Produzione di eventi di lancio e gadget.
- Coordinamento delle attività di marketing con i principali broadcaster e co-produttori nazionali ed internazionali.

**REQUISITI**
- Laurea in discipline Economiche
- Esperienza professionale di almeno 10 anni nel Marketing, all’interno di Multinazionali del Largo Consumo e/o in contesti Digital
- Esperienza nel project management di progetti complessi
- Esperienza su campagne Marketing innovative e/o unconventional
- Ottima conoscenza della lingua inglese scritta e orale (almeno livello C1)

**REQUISITI PREFERENZIALI**
- Master in Business Administration o in Marketing
