**Technical Sales Support Specialist**:**

We are looking for key people to new business develop in electrification distribution market, who will support local sales teams and customers by advising on technical options and cost-effective solutions.

**This position reports to**:
Technical & Design Promotion Manager

**Your responsibilities**:

- Innovate technical promotion process thanks to cross-skills approach and new tools
- Develop a technical promotion approach which leads to generate solutions demand
- Build value relationship with key target, with a pioneering approach to new solutions adoption and a focus on market needs
- Be a partner for our customers, with support and training activities
- Develop and lead valuable business opportunities
- Cross-organization approach: continuous sharing with marketing and product teams to create right strategies to satisfy customers’ needs

**Your background**:

- Engineering degree or technical diploma
- At least 5 years of experience in Sales
- Ability to translate customer requirements into actionable solutions
- Proven technical and communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft tools
- Ability to communicate both in Italian and English languages
- Proactivity, teamwork skills, problem solving and result orientation will complete your profile
