**Il ruolo**:
Come Customer Care Project Manager ti occuperai di curare le relazioni con i clienti, interfacciandoti con il reparto di Comunicazione e Marketing per la pianificazione ed esecuzione delle attività tramite l’utilizzo di piattaforme dedicate.

**Qualità richieste**:

- Dai 3 a 5 anni di esperienza nella gestione del Customer Care
- Attività di Crisis management e gestione di User Generated Content
- Gestione del team dedicato alle attività di Customer Care e Community Management
- Definizione di strategie e misurazione dei KPI
- Ideazione e aggiornamento di template dedicati
- Creazione di report per il monitoraggio dei risultati raggiunti

**Nice to have**:

- Buona capacità di utilizzo di Excel e PowerPoint
- Attitudine al problem solving
- Spiccate doti relazionali
- Conoscenza del software CRM Salesforce
