La funzione Purchasing si colloca all’interno del Dipartimento Supply Chain della BU e prevede il coordinamento delle attività dei buyer che operano nelle diverse Unit anche estere. La funzione Purchasing, operando all’interno di un’industria appartenente al settore farmaceutico, agisce nel pieno rispetto delle norme GMP

Il/a candiato/a, a diretto riporto del Purchasing Director, gestirà le seguenti attività:

- Coordina i progetti di acquisto dei Capex e delle materie prime fornendo ai Vendors il supporto e il know-how tecnico necessari a garantire degli standard qualitativi, nei tempi di consegna pianificati e nei costi previsti
- In qualità di Purchasing Project Manager partecipa agli SE-Team meeting della B.U. collaborando con tutte le funzioni all’interno dell’organizzazione
- Supporta i Lead Buyers nella negoziazione con i Vendors analizzando gli aspetti tecnici e le caratteristiche di processo che determinano i costi di produzione e incidono quindi sul prezzo finale d’acquisto
- Supporta i Lead Buyer nella definizione della vendor list dei fornitori e dei terzisti attraverso la valutazione delle capacità e competenze tecniche nel rispetto degli standard qualitativi richiesti (GMP) e in accordo alle linee guida del Gruppo.

Laurea Laurea in discipline Ingegneristiche/ Scientifiche Competenze tecniche/Competenze manageriali: - Capacità di analisi (tendenze di settore, scouting, analisi dei dati, opportunità di saving) - Competenza in materia di contrattualistica di acquisto - Buona conoscenza di SAP modulo MM - Buona conoscenza del pacchetto Office (Excel in particolare) - Fluente conoscenza della lingua inglese, preferibile conoscenza del francese Anni di esperienza Esperienza 5/8 anni in ambito Operations/Quality all’interno di aziende multinazionali modernamente organizzate del settore chimico-farmaceutico
