Job Description We are seeking a motivated B2B Digital Sales Specialist with fluency in Italian and English to drive lead generation, cold calling, and new business growth within the digital advertising sector.Starting Date: 12 Jan 2026Location: SofiaWork Schedule: Monday–Friday, 09:00–18:00Work Model: HybridSalary: 3267 BGN gross + 2000 BGN quarterly target bonus Key Responsibilities Conduct B2B outreach and cold calling Identify and qualify new business opportunities Manage and nurture client relationships Maintain accurate CRM records Requirements Minimum 2 years of cold calling sales experience Fluency in Italian and English Strong communication and negotiation skills Relocation Package (Sofia – 10 Days) Up to 490 BGN travel refund after 6 months 10 nights in a city-center hotel (breakfast included) 1056 BGN salary advance (deducted in 3 monthly installments)
