Your Key Responsibilities Will Include**

  • Support in collecting and organizing documentation related to the Artemis Project, ensuring that all materials are complete and compliant.
  • Assist with the SOP related to the SLA with Smoore, with responsibilities including
  • Keeping the documentation list up to date.
  • Ensuring all documents are properly catalogued and validated by the designated Points of Contact (PoCs).
  • Follow up with the PoCs to gather the required information and ensure documentation remains available and current.

What are we looking for?

  • Strong organizational skills and structured thinking.
  • Proactive attitude and strong interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Knowledge of at least one of the following languages is required Italian Good (B2), English Good (B2)
  • Bachelor's Degree Administration or similar.
