- Du fungierst als Schnittstelle innerhalb des Unternehmens.
- Du leitest interne strategische Projekte im Bereich Unternehmensentwicklung für den Bereich Sales mit Fokus auf Software.
- Du erarbeitest Lösungen und Konzepte für Prozessverbesserungen sowie für die Weiterentwicklung und Integration von neuen Applikationen und Tools.
- Du erstellst Anforderungen für neue und bestehende Produkte und begleitest deren Umsetzung im Sales-Bereich.
- Du unterstützt den Wissenstransfer durch die Abhaltung von Schulungen in die verschiedenen Unternehmensbereiche Sales.

- Du hast eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung mit Bezug zu Software, Organisation und Prozesse, Logistik oder einschlägige Berufserfahrung
- Du verfügst über eine gewisse Prozess- und Softwareaffinität
- Du bist versiert im Erstellen von Konzepten und Präsentationen
- Zielorientiertes, selbständiges Arbeiten in einer Multiprojektumgebung liegt dir
- Du verfügst über ein gutes Prozessverständnis und erkennst entsprechende Zusammenhänge
- Du bringst gute Kenntnisse von Logistiksystemen und Produkten mit
- Du verfügst über sehr gute Microsoft Office Kenntnisse
- Kommunikationsstärke, Eigeninitiative und Teamfähigkeit zeichnen dich aus
- Wir suchen Teamplayer, denn bei uns zählt der gemeinsame Erfolg. Verhandlungssichere Englisch- und Deutschkenntnisse sowie Reisen (ca. 10%) sind für dich kein Problem.

Wir bieten dir fachliche und persönliche Weiterbildungsprogramme sowie die Mitarbeit in einem motivierten Team, in dem die Bereitschaft Verantwortung zu übernehmen und die Begeisterung für die Umsetzung von Ideen willkommen sind. Für diese Position gilt ein kollektivvertragliches Mindestgehalt von EUR brutto pro Monat. Wir bieten jedoch eine marktkonforme Bezahlung in Abhängigkeit von deiner Qualifikation und Vorerfahrung.
